EDUFAIR is an Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education co-founded by the European Union designed to advance quality higher education in the Western Balkans by facilitating the integration of Artificial Intelligence in teaching, learning, and research, enhancing digital competencies, and fostering inclusive educational practices.
The project will foster collaboration between universities, policymakers, civil society, and businesses to develop and implement AI-driven strategies for teaching, learning, and research. It aims to bridge the gap between education and the labor market, ensuring graduates are equipped with the skills required for the digital age and will also contribute to regional development by integrating digital tools and technologies, creating a robust, knowledge-based society, and aligning with the EU’s Digital Education Action Plan.
The Specific objectives of the project are:
SO1- To strengthen the AI integration in teaching, learning, and research by developing and implementing inclusive digital strategies for five universities in Albania and Kosovo, facilitating exchange visits and study tours to bolster understanding and application of AI, and promoting international collaboration in the academic sphere.
SO2 – To enhance the digital competencies of faculty and students in participating institutions by creating and implementing training programs and resources focused on digital skills and AI literacy, equipping them for a digitally-transformed higher educational landscape and labor market.
SO3- To foster dialogue and engage and network with a broad range of stakeholders in Quadruple Helix model emphasizing the digitalization of higher education in a collaborative manner for a robust social and economic development.
